Senior Data Architecture

Job Description

• Lead the design and development of current and future data platform solutions, ensuring alignment with Enterprise Architecture, digital transformation objectives, and best practices. This includes developing conceptual and logical data models, defining Source-to-Target Mapping, implementing data integration solutions with external entities and new source systems, evaluating the data ecosystem, and establishing technical roadmaps and architectural standards.
• Oversee the implementation, enhancement, and governance of data platforms by managing development and testing environments, driving continuous improvement initiatives, documenting and enforcing data management standards, reviewing and approving database and model changes, validating data across different layers, handling technical incidents, ensuring operational readiness, optimizing performance, and maintaining platform integrity across all data layers and source systems.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to support technical updates, ensure effective knowledge transfer, participate in design committees, assess the impact of changes on data quality and structural standards, study and document new data sources, enable advanced platform capabilities to maximize business value, and conduct periodic evaluations to ensure alignment with organizational goals and data architecture best practices.

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Security, Computer Science, Data Management, or a related field.
• 10–15 years of experience in Data Architecture, Data Engineering, or related roles, including senior/expert‑level responsibility for enterprise data platforms.
