Senior Manager, Sales – AI Cloud & Inference Solutions (Riyadh, KSA) at Qualcomm
Role OverviewWe are seeking a high‑impact Senior Manager, Sales to drive Qualcomm’s AI inference solutions sales in KSA. You will be responsible for sales strategy, pricing, customer acquisition, and GTM execution to accelerate the adoption of Qualcomm’s AI100/AI200/AI250 inference platforms. The ideal candidate is a proven sales hunter with deep relationships in KSA’s enterprise and public‑sector ecosystems, capable of translating AI cloud technologies into clear business outcomes.
You will lead strategic engagements, define commercial strategy, and directly contribute to revenue growth across KSA governments and large enterprises.
- Build and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive pipeline generation and revenue growth.
- Own the full sales cycle: pipeline creation, customer qualification, proposal development, pricing strategy, negotiation, and closing.
- Develop account penetration plans for KSA priority sectors (Government, FSI, retail, mobility, manufacturing).
- Drive YoY revenue growth by onboarding new customers to Qualcomm’s AI100, AI200, and AI250 inference platforms in KSA.
- Identify and prioritize high‑value workloads (RAG, multimodal inference, agentic workloads, content generation, analytics).
- Act as an aggressive sales hunter to identify, pursue, and convert new AI cloud and inference opportunities.
- Build relationships with C‑level decision‑makers, CTOs, CIOs, AI/ML leads, innovation heads, SIs, and ISVs in the KSA market.
- Drive high‑intensity field engagement through workshops, executive briefings, roadshows, and technical demos.
- Develop structured plans for each priority account, including TAM sizing, workload mapping, and conversion strategy.
- Collaborate with finance, product, and commercial teams to structure offers that maximize new logos and revenues.
- Evaluate GPUaaS models, reserved capacity, consumption‑based pricing, enterprise commitments, and promotional incentives.
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline across sectors and workloads.
- Provide accurate forecasting, revenue projections, and executive‑level reporting.
- Track sales KPIs, customer acquisition metrics, and revenue expansion trends.
- Ensure CRM hygiene, opportunity qualification, and structured sales governance.
- Represent Qualcomm at high‑profile industry events, summits, and executive forums.
- Evangelize the value of hybrid AI, sovereign AI cloud, and cost‑efficient inference platforms.
- Build long‑term trust relationships in the KSA innovation ecosystem, becoming a recognizable face of our AI Cloud narrative.
- 8+ years of Enterprise Data Centre Sales, Cloud sales, or AI/ML platform sales experience.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding annual quotas.
- Deep experience selling into KSA markets, especially public sector, enterprises, and regulated industries.
- Ability to drive complex, multi‑stakeholder engagements and close high‑value deals.
- Strong hunter mindset with persistence and self‑drive.
- Executive presence and strong communication skills.
- High EQ and ability to build trust quickly.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and execute in fast‑growing, dynamic environments.
- Strategic thinker who can balance short‑term wins with long‑term growth.

- Existing relationships in KSA’s sovereign tech ecosystem.
- Experience working with AI and Cloud Providers or similar local and regional players.
- Prior experience selling Cloud or AI infrastructure services.
