Senior Human Resources Specialist @ Company | Enhancing Employee Experience
Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Cybersecurity Consultant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading and delivering security engagements, advising clients on risk management, and ensuring alignment with regulatory standards. This role requires strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to solving complex security challenges.
Key
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end cybersecurity consulting projects, from scope definition to final reporting.
- Conduct detailed risk assessments, gap analyses, and security architecture reviews.
- Develop tailored cybersecurity frameworks, policies, and implementation roadmaps.
- Provide expert recommendations to improve clients’ security posture and ensure compliance with frameworks such as NCA ECC, and ISO 27001.
- Experience in identity and access management, SIEM/SOC, Vulnerability management, Firewalls, PAM and DLP.
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into secure solutions.
- Enhance internal consulting practices by contributing to methodologies, toolkits, and knowledge bases.
- Support internal team development through mentoring and knowledge sharing.
Required
Skills & Experience:
- In-depth understanding of cybersecurity principles, enterprise security controls, and risk management.
- Hands‑on experience in cyber security solutions.
- Familiarity with regional regulatory frameworks and standards (NCA, SAMA CSF, ISO 27001).
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and documentation skills.
- Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CRISC, or ISO 27001 Lead Implementer.
- Demonstrated experience in conducting security audits and delivering actionable recommendations.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate clearly across all levels of an organization.
- Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Security, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in cyber security.
