Job Description:

Responsibilities :

• Monitor, maintain, and support ASP.NET applications in production and staging environments.
• Solving tickets and providing a proper work around.
• Troubleshoot application issues, performance problems, and infrastructure bottlenecks.
• Collaborate with developers, QA, and infrastructure teams to ensure application stability and performance.
• Perform root cause analysis on system outages and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain and manage IIS web servers and related Windows Server configurations.
• Automate repetitive tasks and improve operational efficiency through scripting or tools.
• Ensure high availability, security, and scalability of applications.
• Monitor logs, services, and alerts to proactively detect and address issues.
• Handle incident management, post-mortem analysis, tickets, and reporting.

Required Qualifications :

• Experience in an operations/support role working with ASP.NET applications.
• Strong knowledge of ASP.NET (Web Forms/MVC/Core), IIS, and .NET Framework.
• Hands‑on experience with Windows Server environments.
• Familiarity with SQL Server: writing queries, performance tuning, and backups.
• Experience with tools like Azure Dev Ops, Jenkins, Octopus Deploy, or similar.
• Good understanding of CI/CD pipelines and application lifecycle management.
• Scripting experience (Power Shell, Bash, or similar) is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with cloud platforms like Microsoft Azure or AWS.
• Knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.
• Familiarity with logging and monitoring tools (e.g., App Dynamics, Dynatrace, Application Insights).
• Certifications in Microsoft technologies (e.g., Azure Administrator, MCSD) are an advantage
