Role Overview
We are seeking a Non-Functional Testing Lead to oversee performance, security, reliability, and scalability testing across enterprise platforms.
Key Responsibilities- Define and execute non-functional testing strategies (performance, load, stress, security, etc.)
- Lead non-functional test planning and execution activities
- Analyze test results and provide actionable recommendations
- Collaborate with infrastructure, architecture, and development teams
- Ensure systems meet performance and resilience requirements
- Produce detailed test reports and risk assessments
- 15+ years of experience in non-functional testing
- Strong expertise in performance and reliability testing methodologies
- Experience leading non-functional testing teams
- Fluency in Arabic (spoken and written)
- Banking or financial services domain experience
- Experience with ALM Octane
- Oracle
- Service Now
- Temenos T24
- Murex
- Finastra
