Job DescriptionJob Summary:
We are seeking a Saudi National IT Governance Specialist with 3+ years of experience to ensure effective management, compliance, and control of IT processes across the organization. The ideal candidate will help implement IT governance frameworks, assess risks, and support alignment of IT strategies with business objectives. This role is suitable for professionals with strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and knowledge of IT governance standards and best practices.
Key Responsibilities- Develop, implement, and maintain IT governance frameworks, policies, and procedures
. - Monitor IT compliance with internal standards and external regulations (e.g., ISO 27001, COBIT, ITIL).
- Conduct risk assessments, audits, and control reviews of IT processes and systems.
- Collaborate with IT and business teams to ensure alignment of IT initiatives with business objectives
. - Track and report on IT governance metrics and KPIs to management.
- Support incident, change, and problem management processes to ensure compliance with governance standards.
- Recommend improvements to IT processes, controls, and systems to reduce risk.
- Facilitate training and awareness programs for IT staff on governance, risk, and compliance.
- Document IT policies, procedures, and audit findings.
- Stay updated with IT governance trends, regulations, and best practices

Skills Required:
- 3+ years of experience in IT governance, IT compliance, or IT risk management
. - Strong knowledge of IT governance frameworks such as COBIT, ITIL, ISO 27001.
- Experience with risk assessment, audits, and IT controls
. - Familiarity with IT policies, compliance standards, and regulatory requirements
. - Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and reporting skills.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or a related field
