Job DescriptionWe are seeking a Saudi National Digital Transformation Specialist with 3+ years of experience in driving digital initiatives, process optimization, and technology adoption. The ideal candidate will help organizations enhance operational efficiency, implement innovative digital solutions, and support business transformation projects. This role is suited for professionals passionate about leveraging technology to improve processes and deliver measurable business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead or support digital transformation projects across business units.
- Analyze existing processes and workflows to identify opportunities for digitalization and automation
. - Collaborate with stakeholders to define digital strategy, objectives, and KPIs
. - Evaluate, recommend, and implement digital tools and platforms to improve efficiency.
- Manage change management activities including training, documentation, and adoption strategies
. - Monitor project progress, prepare reports, and provide insights on the impact of digital initiatives
. - Coordinate with IT teams, vendors, and consultants for system implementation and integration
. - Stay updated on emerging technologies and digital trends relevant to the organization.
- Develop business cases and ROI analysis for proposed digital solutions.
Skills Required:
- 3+ years of experience in digital transformation, business process optimization, or technology implementation
