Site Reliability Engineer

S2 Global is hiring a Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) to support and maintain deployments of the Cert Scan platform. This role involves designing and implementing scalable, secure, and highly available network infrastructures aligned with business goals and SLAs.

• Design, deploy, and maintain LAN/WAN and wireless networks with redundancy and recovery protocols.
• Monitor and optimize network and system performance; troubleshoot and resolve issues independently.
• Automate infrastructure tasks and manage CI/CD pipelines.
• Maintain accurate documentation of configurations, processes, and assets using CMDB.
• Collaborate with development and customer IT teams to ensure compliance and system reliability.
• Conduct audits, manage upgrades, and oversee vendor interactions.

• Networking and security (VPNs, routing, switching).
• Enterprise network design and firewall technologies.
• MPLS or VPLS design.

• Systems:
  Windows Server, SQL Server, Active Directory, Net App, EMC, HP Storage, MinIO.
• Scripting:
  Python, Go, Java.

• ITIL Foundations v3, CCNA/CCNP/CCDP/CCDA, Cisco or Fortinet certifications.

• Strong problem‑solving, communication, and collaboration abilities.
• High attention to detail and customer service orientation.

• On‑call availability and up to 100% travel.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Knowledge of compliance standards (e.g., PCI, SOX).
