Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Senior Design/Architect Lead to lead the design and architecture of our network and data center infrastructure. This role is responsible for ensuring the optimal performance, reliability, and security of our IT infrastructure, covering ACI, routing, switching, collaboration, contact center, and the full security portfolio. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing and managing complex IT environments and will work closely with cross-functional teams to support business objectives and enhance our platforms.

Responsibilities:

Leadership:

• Lead a team of network and data center architects and engineers.
• Set performance goals, conduct regular performance reviews, and foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, ensuring continuous skill development and knowledge sharing.

Design and Architecture:

• Develop and maintain the overall design and architecture of the network and data center infrastructure, ensuring alignment with business objectives and best practices.
• Design and implement advanced network solutions, including ACI (Application Centric Infrastructure), routing, and switching.
• Architect collaboration and contact center solutions, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.
• Develop and implement comprehensive security solutions, covering network security, endpoint security, and data protection.

Technical Expertise:

• Oversee the design and implementation of ACI, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance.
• Design and manage routing and switching infrastructure, including BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, VLANs, and STP.
• Architect and implement collaboration solutions, including voice, video, and messaging platforms.
• Design and manage contact center solutions, ensuring high availability and customer satisfaction.
• Develop and implement security architectures, including firewalls, VPNs, IDS/IPS, DLP, and endpoint protection.

Project Management:

• Lead and manage complex IT projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget and quality standards.
• Develop project plans, allocate resources, and monitor progress to ensure successful project completion.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define project scope, and ensure alignment with business objectives.

Collaboration and Communication:

• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, security, and business units, to ensure the successful implementation of IT infrastructure solutions.
• Provide clear and concise communication to stakeholders regarding project status, technical issues, and proposed solutions.
• Participate in executive meetings and contribute to strategic planning and decision-making.
• Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices related to network and data center infrastructure.
• Identify opportunities for improvement and innovation, driving continuous enhancement of IT infrastructure and processes.
• Develop and implement policies, procedures, and standards to ensure the security, reliability, and performance of IT infrastructure.

Qualifications:

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CCIE, CCDE , CCDP, CISSP, ITIL) are highly desirable.
