UX​/UI Developer

Job Summary

The UX/UI Developer is responsible for designing and implementing intuitive, user-centered digital interfaces. The role focuses on creating seamless user experiences and visually appealing user interfaces while collaborating closely with product, development, and business teams.

• Design user-centered experiences for web and mobile applications.
• Translate user requirements and business needs into intuitive UI/UX solutions.
• Create wireframes, user flows, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
• Develop and maintain design systems, UI components, and style guides.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders throughout the design process.
• Conduct usability testing and incorporate user feedback into designs.
• Ensure consistency, accessibility, and responsiveness across platforms and devices.
• Work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
• Stay updated with UX/UI trends, tools, and best practices.

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or related field.
• 3–6 years of experience in UX/UI design or UX/UI development roles.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating UX research, UI design, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision).
• Solid understanding of responsive design, usability principles, and accessibility standards.
• User research and usability testing
• Wire framing and prototyping
• UI design and visual storytelling
• Strong communication and collaboration skills

• Experience with HTML, CSS, and basic front-end development concepts.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG).
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
