Job Role:

• Leads the design and delivery initiatives on large complex projects based on requirements, budget and technical feasibility and delivers solutions that enhance Salam's services including identification and method of addressing technical or operational risks and providing technical strategies and recommendations for services and products to meet the expected needs of customers to serve their future expansion plans.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Participate in responding to tenders and alliance with third parties.
• Provide technical consultancy service to clients and assist in technical informative seminars.
• Conduct desktop service feasibility and coordinate with presales interfaces.
• Encompasses multiple disciplines, including ICT architects, solution architects, and enterprise architects.
• Responsible for delivering business value to customers by architecting effective ICT solutions that address the customer’s business problems, needs and opportunities, in a manner consistent with strategic and business goals.
• Establish and maintain a professional working relationship at multiple levels both internally and with the customer by understanding the customer’s business context and their unique situation.
• Collaborate with both internal and external/industry experts to anticipate customer needs in order to facilitate the definition and development of the solution.
• Collaborate with project managers to ensure effective and efficient development, delivery, deployment, operation and support of these information systems solutions.
• Collaborate with the account team to meet or exceed revenue, product, customer satisfaction and market share goals for assigned account(s).
• Contributes to the development of innovative principles and ideas.

Job Specifications:

• B, S. or higher degree of Telecommunication or Computer engineering or relevant field.
• Minimum of 5 Years’ experience relevant experience.
• Good understanding of telecommunication technology and concepts.
