Role Overview
We are looking for two Technical Specialists with hands‑on expertise in FIS Memento to support system configuration, customization, integrations, and production support.
Key Responsibilities- Configure and customize FIS Memento modules
- Perform data mapping, transformations, and reconciliations
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide production support
- Support system upgrades, patches, and performance tuning
- Collaborate with Business Analysts and stakeholders during implementation and testing
- Prepare technical documentation and support handover activities
- 3+ years of experience in financial systems development/support
- Strong hands‑on experience with FIS Memento (mandatory)
- Experience with batch processing, data feeds, and system integrations
- Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills
- Experience with banking, accounting, or regulatory systems
