The Oracle Utilities CCB Functional Consultant is responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting the Oracle Utilities Customer Care and Billing (CC&B) system
. This role focuses on analyzing business requirements, designing functional solutions, and ensuring successful deployment and integration of CCB modules to meet client needs within the utilities sector.

As a CCB Functional Consultant
, you will provide expert guidance and support in implementing and optimizing Oracle Utilities CC&B solutions. You will play a key role in analyzing business processes, configuring system functionalities, and ensuring that customer service, billing, and metering operations run efficiently and effectively.

• Analyze client business processes and requirements related to customer care, billing, and utility operations.
• Configure and implement Oracle Utilities CCB modules including Customer Information, Meter Reads, Billing, Payments, and Collections.
• Develop functional specifications for system enhancements, customizations, and integrations.
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure proper implementation of functional designs.
• Perform system testing, UAT support, and assist in resolving functional defects.
• Provide user training, documentation, and post-implementation support.
• Participate in data migration, cutover, and go-live activities.
• Work closely with project managers to ensure project deliverables are completed on time and within scope.
• Stay updated with Oracle Utilities product releases and best practices.

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in Oracle Utilities CCB functional implementation or support.
• Strong understanding of CCB modules:
  Customer Management, Billing, Payments, and Meter Management.
• Experience with utility business processes (Electricity, Water, Gas).
• Knowledge of integration between CCB and other Oracle Utilities applications (MDM, SOM, WAM) is a plus.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

• Oracle Utilities certification (CC&B Functional or Technical).
• Experience with other Oracle Utilities products (MDM, CIS, WACS).
• Prior consulting or implementation experience with large utility clients.
