• Develop comprehensive enterprise architectures aligned with strategic objectives, governance models, and operational frameworks.
• Present insights and analyses to stakeholders using TOGAF principles and NORA frameworks to support strategy, organizational alignment, and governance.
• Contribute to selecting and implementing the most effective enterprise architecture methodologies to enhance organizational efficiency and agility.
• Collaborate with teams to define architecture standards, ensuring interoperability and effective governance structures.
• Promote architecture-driven thinking within the organization to support governance decisions and process improvements.
• Manage technical issues among stakeholders and agencies, ensuring coordination and smooth resolution of challenges.
• Share best practices and lessons learned across projects to foster a strong enterprise architecture culture.
• Oversee project governance, conduct post-project reviews, and lead workshops to ensure effective execution and continuous improvement.
• Monitor project progress, resolve issues, and track SLAs to maintain high service quality and project success.

• TOGAF certification is preferred but not mandatory.
• Expertise in NORA frameworks:
  Deep understanding of interoperability and governance frameworks for seamless system communication.
• 2 to 5 years of experience in process improvement, software engineering, and project management to drive EA success.
• Proficiency in reviewing and developing software architecture documents, technical designs, and consulting on application-related matters.
• Ability to design and implement interoperability frameworks focusing on data storage, access, sharing, and cross-application capabilities.
• Experience in developing and refining reference models to support enterprise-wide architecture strategies.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage teams, energize stakeholders, and simplify complex ideas.
• Ability to handle complex assignments and solve problems using a structured, analytical approach, even in ambiguous situations.
• A team player capable of managing multiple projects with competing deadlines while adapting to different working styles.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with the ability to mentor teams and drive performance improvements.
• Confident and professional, able to work effectively with senior leadership and stakeholders at all levels.
• Creative, flexible, and adaptable in leading change initiatives, with a commitment to delivering outstanding results.
