System Administrator​/IT Engineer

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and manage Windows Server and Linux servers
• Manage virtual machines in on-premises and cloud environments
• Administer Hyper‑V virtualization and VM lifecycle (create, maintain, backup)
• Manage cloud and on‑prem infrastructure
• Support and administer Microsoft Exchange Server (on‑prem / hybrid)
• Administer Azure resources, users, groups, and security configurations
• Manage Active Directory using Manage Engine ADManager Plus
• Manage endpoints and devices using Manage Engine Desktop Central (Endpoint Central)
• Perform patch management, software deployment, and system monitoring
• Troubleshoot server, virtualization, cloud, and endpoint issues
• Ensure system security, availability, and best practices

• Strong hands‑on experience with Windows Server and Linux
• Experience with Virtual Machines and Hyper‑V
• Good knowledge of Cloud and On‑Prem environments
• Experience with Exchange Server and Microsoft 365
• Knowledge of Azure / Azure AD
• Experience with Manage Engine ADManager Plus
• Experience with Manage Engine Desktop Central
• Strong troubleshooting and documentation skills

• Huawei certifications (HCIA / HCIP – Campus)
• Experience with network security and monitoring tools

Bachelor’s degree in computer and 5 years of experience in the field
