The Strategic Execution Consultant is responsible for translating strategy into measurable execution: building and running performance management systems, coordinating cross-entity implementation plans, and driving delivery of national/enterprise strategic initiatives. The role requires strong analytical capability, executive-ready storytelling, and advanced proficiency in Excel and Power BI to turn complex data into clear decisions.
Key Requirements- Proven experience in strategy‑to‑execution translation.
- Advanced Excel (power formulas, structured modeling, pivot tables, Power Query desirable).
- Power BI (data modeling, measures/DAX, dashboard design, performance optimization desirable).
- Power Point (executive-level deck building, visual storytelling).
- Stakeholder management and cross‑entity coordination.
- Strong analytical thinking, structuring, and problem solving.
- Executive communication: storytelling, decision‑oriented reporting.
- Data integrity mindset: definitions, traceability, governance, and reporting discipline.
- Convert strategic objectives into executable programs, initiatives, and roadmaps with clear scope, timelines, dependencies, and success metrics.
- Establish governance routines (steering committees, working groups, PMO cadence).
- Support implementation of national strategy initiatives and multi‑stakeholder programs with high complexity and interdependencies.
- Facilitate joint planning workshops and alignment sessions to harmonize priorities, KPIs, and implementation sequencing between entities.
- Track commitments, approvals, and deliverables across participating entities.
- Run performance management frameworks (e.g., Strategic KPI Trees, Balanced Scorecards).
- Define and standardize KPI definitions: formulas, baselines, targets, thresholds, owners, data sources, and reporting frequency.
- Build performance dashboards and executive scorecards; generate insights, trends, and root‑cause analysis to support decision‑making.
- Ensure performance reporting quality through data validation, reconciliation, and audit‑ready documentation.
- Build advanced Excel models for planning, tracking, forecasting, and scenario analysis (budgets, benefits, capacity, progress).
- Develop Power BI dashboards and automated reporting pipelines (where applicable) to enable real‑time visibility on strategy execution.
- Create executive‑ready packs: narrative, insights, recommendations, and visualizations suitable for senior leadership and committees.
- Translate complex datasets into clear storylines and actions, balancing accuracy with simplicity.
