We are seeking a Senior Data Scientist to drive AI adoption, delivery, and value realization across business functions. This role sits at the intersection of business strategy, AI technology, governance, and change management, requiring both strong stakeholder engagement and hands‑on technical understanding. The ideal candidate will translate complex AI concepts into business outcomes, define AI use cases, prioritize roadmaps, and ensure responsible, scalable, and compliant AI implementation.

• Engage with business and technical stakeholders to define and drive AI initiatives aligned with organizational goals.
• Translate complex AI and GenAI concepts into clear, business-friendly language for leadership and end users.
• Define AI use cases, prioritize roadmaps, and align initiatives with measurable business value.
• Lead change management, user adoption, training, enablement sessions, and workshops for AI solutions.
• Define KPIs, measure ROI, and track performance of AI solutions post‑implementation.
• Manage AI programs and projects, including planning, execution, risk management, and issue escalation.
• Ensure adherence to AI governance, ethics, compliance, and risk management frameworks.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally to resolve issues and continuously improve AI delivery outcomes.

• Strong experience in stakeholder management, business communication, and cross‑functional collaboration.
• Proven ability to drive change management and user adoption for technology initiatives.
• Experience defining KPIs, measuring ROI, and tracking performance for AI or digital solutions.
• Strong understanding of AI/ML and GenAI concepts, including LLMs, RAG, and prompt engineering.
• Hands‑on experience with Python, SQL, and machine learning frameworks.
• Experience with MLOps, cloud platforms, and model lifecycle management.
• Knowledge of data engineering fundamentals, data pipelines, and analytics workflows.
• Understanding of solution architecture, APIs, microservices, and system integrations.
• Strong problem‑solving, project management, and program management capabilities.

• Lead high‑impact AI and GenAI initiatives that directly influence business outcomes.
