Job Description and Requirements
IT Service Delivery Manager (Saudi or Arabic National) for Insurance domain Client in Riyadh, KSA.
- Delivery Management :
Oversee the day-to-day operations of managed services and IT projects, acting as the primary escalation point for delivery issues. - Performance Reporting :
Monitor service quality, generate periodic performance reports, and carry out project delivery reporting. - Vendor Governance :
Manage third-party vendor performance, ensuring strict adherence to contractual SLAs, security standards, and delivery timelines. - Education :
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Engineering. - Certifications : PMP (Project Management Professional) and ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) certifications are highly preferred.
- Experience : 6–10 years in IT Service Delivery, Technical Project Management, and Vendor Management.
- Skills :
Strong technical background, vendor negotiation, SLA management, and operational problem-solving.
