User Interface Designer

We are looking for a talented and experienced UI Designer with 4+ years of professional experience and a strong design foundation to join our growing team. In this role, you will take ownership of the UI design process, transforming complex requirements into intuitive, elegant, and visually compelling digital experiences.

You’ll work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders, bringing a strategic mindset and a passion for user-centered design to every project.

• Lead the end-to-end UI design process—from concept to final implementation—ensuring high-quality, user-focused solutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements, user stories, and design objectives
• Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and analyze feedback to continuously improve designs
• Build, maintain, and evolve design systems, patterns, and best practices to ensure consistency and scalability
• Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and design innovations

• Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Design, HCI, or a related field
• Minimum 4 years of experience in UI design for web and mobile applications
• Strong portfolio demonstrating UI projects, design thinking, and measurable outcomes
• Proficiency in tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar
• Solid understanding of user-centered design, interaction design, and information architecture
• Experience facilitating design workshops, design sprints, and stakeholder discussions
• Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

• Experience working in Agile development environments
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and Java Script
• Familiarity with accessibility standards and best practices
• Previous experience designing educational or e-learning platforms
