The UX Researcher will play a pivotal role in shaping the user experience by conducting comprehensive research initiatives that inform design and product decisions. A commitment to producing actionable outputs, such as user personas, journey maps, and empathy maps, is essential. This role requires strong collaboration skills, as the UX Researcher will work closely with UX/UI designers and product managers to prioritize findings and translate them into design solutions that enhance usability and overall user satisfaction. Familiarity with analytical techniques and data visualization is also critical for synthesizing insights and measuring design effectiveness.

• Minimum of Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Human‑Computer Interaction (HCI), Design, Computer Science, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in UX research, effectively employing methods such as interviews, usability tests, surveys, and field studies.
• Proven ability to define research objectives, methodologies, sampling techniques, and to develop discussion guides that elicit valuable user feedback.
• Experience analyzing both qualitative and quantitative data to derive actionable insights, identifying patterns and themes that guide design decisions.
• Demonstrated skill in producing engaging and informative outputs such as user personas, journey maps, pain points, and opportunity identification.
• Competency in validating design concepts through usability testing, measuring improvements in user experience and addressing usability challenges.
• Strong collaborative skills to work seamlessly with UX/UI designers and product teams, facilitating discussions that inform project prioritization and decision-making.
• Proficient in analytics tools and the creation of data dashboards to monitor user engagement metrics and assess research impact.
• Fluent in both Arabic and English to engage with diverse user groups effectively.
