Coach, support, and develop Solution Architects at different career stages to ensure delivery excellence and professional growth. - Own the Solution Strategy:
Translate customer needs into scalable and future‑proof solutions using Ericsson’s BSS portfolio, with a focus on monetization, charging, billing, and commerce platforms. - Technical Leadership in Customer Engagements:
Act as the senior technical lead in strategic pre‑sales opportunities, shaping proposals, value propositions, and solution roadmaps. - Governance & Delivery Oversight:
Provide architectural governance and quality assurance during solution design and delivery phases, minimizing technical risk and ensuring customer satisfaction. - Stakeholder Alignment:
Collaborate closely with Key Account Managers, Customer CTOs, Product Lines, and R&D to ensure business‑aligned solution outcomes. - Market & Portfolio Intelligence:
Stay current with industry trends and customer needs, bringing insights into solution design and feeding back into product development cycles.
- Demonstrated leadership experience managing technical teams in a line role, ideally within solutioning, architecture, or technical pre‑sales.
- In‑depth knowledge of BSS ecosystems, especially in charging systems, billing architectures, and core commerce solutions.
- Strong business acumen and ability to map technical capabilities to customer business objectives and ROI.
- Proven track record of shaping complex solution deals and driving strategic sales support.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience interfacing at senior customer and internal levels.
- Experience in global, matrixed organizations and cross‑functional team collaboration.
- Prior experience in designing or deploying Ericsson BSS solutions.
- Working knowledge of 5G monetization, cloud‑native transformations, or real‑time charging systems.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Telecommunications, or a related field.
