.
You will be the primary point of contact for our customers in the KSA / UAE region, ensuring high-quality support, prompt issue resolution, and exceptional customer satisfaction.

What You’ll Do- Provide first-line support to customers on the Corporater GPRC platform
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical and functional issues
- Collaborate with delivery and product teams to ensure seamless resolution
- Document solutions and contribute to our knowledge base Build trusted relationships with customers through proactive support
- 2–3 years’ experience in software/application support or consulting
- Background in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- Strong troubleshooting skills; familiarity with SQL, web apps, or integrations is a plus
- Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic
- Saudi nationals are strongly preferred, in alignment with Saudization requirements
- Customer-focused, proactive, and eager to grow
- Work with leading clients in the government and enterprise sectors
