We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior AI Engineer to drive innovation and digital transformation across the organization. This role requires deep expertise in the Microsoft Azure AI ecosystem
, with a focus on designing, developing, and deploying advanced, enterprise-grade AI solutions. The ideal candidate will translate complex business requirements into scalable AI applications, leveraging cutting-edge technologies such as Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and Agentic AI frameworks.

• AI Solution Design and Implementation: Design and implement AI/ML solutions using Azure AI services (e.g., Azure AI Foundry) for enterprise-scale deployments.
• Generative AI and LLM Development: Fine-tune, deploy, and manage LLMs (e.g., GPT-4o, GPT-3.5) for business-specific use cases, including text generation, summarization, and intelligent automation.
• Agentic AI and Workflow Orchestration: Create and orchestrate complex AI workflows using Agentic AI frameworks (e.g., Azure AI Foundry, Autogen, CrewAI, Lang Graph, Semantic Kernel) and tools like Azure Functions and Logic Apps for autonomous task execution and decision-making.
• Conversational AI and Integration: Build and deploy intelligent conversational AI solutions using the Microsoft Bot Framework and Azure Bot Service, ensuring seamless integration with platforms like Microsoft Teams and enterprise systems.
• Low-Code/No-Code Integration: Integrate AI capabilities into the Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Copilot Studio) to enable rapid, low-code application development and embed AI into business workflows.
• Data and Pipeline Management: Develop and manage Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines integrated with enterprise data sources (e.g., SharePoint, Oracle) and ensure high-quality data modeling, cleaning, and fine-tuning for optimal AI model performance.
• Performance and Security: Ensure the scalability, security, and performance of all deployed Azure AI solutions, including containerization and orchestration using technologies like Docker and Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS).
• Stakeholder and Requirements Management: Proactively communicate with multiple stakeholders to capture accurate requirements, ensuring timely communication and comprehensive fulfillment of project needs.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams throughout the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) to integrate AI capabilities, minimize dependencies, and ensure smooth project delivery.
• Technical Leadership: Drive the adoption of AI technologies and frameworks to solve complex business challenges, and demonstrate the ability to lead projects and mentor junior developers.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI, NLP, and Azure technology, and maintain strong alignment with project delivery timelines, demonstrating resilience in addressing challenges.

• Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
• Experience: 5+ years of experience in AI/ML development, specifically with enterprise-grade solutions.

• Generative AI & LLMs: LLM Expertise (e.g., GPT-4o, GPT-3.5), Prompt Engineering, Semantic Kernel, Function/Tools Calling, LLM fine-tuning.
• Data & Integration: RAG Pipelines with multi-format documents (image, pdf, words, etc.), API Integration (e.g., Enterprise API), Intelligent Document Processing (SharePoint AI Integration, Azure AI Search), Cosmos DB / SQL DB.
• Data Technologies: SQL, KQL, DAX, Data Ingestion (Oracle DW, ERP, SharePoint, Excel, CSV), Data modeling (Power BI), Azure App Insight and monitoring service.
• Deployment & Operations (CI/CD): Containerization (Docker), Orchestration (Azure Kubernetes Service - AKS) with Git Hub / Azure Dev Ops.
• Certifications: Azure Certifications (e.g., AI-102, DP-100, AZ-204).
