Cyber Security Senior Manager (Saudi National)

As the Cyber Security Senior Manager, you will be responsible for defining and leading the strategic direction, implementation, and governance of the organization's cybersecurity and information security programs. This role ensures that all data, systems, and digital assets are effectively protected against evolving cyber threats while maintaining full compliance with applicable regulatory requirements.

• Lead and execute the cybersecurity strategy and initiatives.
• Collaborate with IT and business leaders to ensure end-to-end security integration.
• Define departmental objectives, KPIs, and annual plans, and ensure effective execution.
• Manage departmental budget, resources, and staff development.
• Ensure policies, procedures, and performance standards are effectively implemented.

• Develop and enforce cybersecurity policies, architecture, and risk management processes.
• Evaluate, recommend, and implement appropriate security tools and platforms.
• Conduct regular cybersecurity risk assessments, vulnerability scans, and penetration testing.
• Lead incident response efforts, forensic investigations, and root cause analysis.
• Oversee compliance with national and international cybersecurity regulations.
• Manage cybersecurity awareness programs and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain and report cybersecurity KPIs/KRIs and track strategy-related action plans.
• Ensure vendor contracts are reviewed for cybersecurity compliance.
• Stay updated on global cybersecurity trends and innovations.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in IT Security within financial services, banking, or any related field, including at least 3 years in a leadership or managerial role.

• CISSP, CISM, CISA, ISO 27001 Lead Implementer, CEH, or equivalent.
