The IT Security Engineer is accountable for designing, building and enforcing policies and protocols that protect the organization’s computing infrastructure from all forms of threats. S/He provides the organization with advanced solutions on cyber threats and helps create strategies to protect the network from breaches.

• Monitor networks and systems for intrusions and anomalous behavior
• Develop plans to respond, recover, and mitigate emerging threats and attacks and report to direct manager
• Source and implement new security solutions to better protect the organization
• Install and use firewalls, data encryption, and other security products and procedures
• Conduct periodic network scans and testing for exploitable weaknesses and threats
• Work with internal stakeholders to prevent and mitigate emerging threats
• Lead incident response and conduct technical investigations in case of a breach and related damages
• Provide training on information security standards, policies, and best practices

• Education
  :
  Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or any other related field
• Experience
  :
  At least 3 years of relevant experience
