You will play a pivotal role in our IT department working with a fantastic team and to offer assistance in the IT team operations ensuring that the hotel standards and procedures are fully known and followed.

• Make sure to oversee daily IT operations.
• Setting up and installing computer systems.
• Identifying software and hardware issues.
• Investigating connectivity issues.
• Giving systems access and rights.

• Saudi National.
• Holding Degree/Diploma in IT.
• Proven background as an IT coordinator or in a comparable position.
• Preferably who are trained in Opera - PMS, Symphony POS, Windows Server, MS Office & Networking.
• Proficiency with a multitude of computer programs.
• Interpersonal and problem-solving skills that are strong.
• English language proficiency; additional languages are a plus.
