Job Summary

We are seeking a Cybersecurity Key Account Manager to manage and expand strategic enterprise accounts and generate leads in the Saudi Market. The role focuses on building trusted relationships, driving revenue growth, and ensuring successful adoption of cybersecurity solutions aligned with customer risk, compliance, and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and grow key enterprise accounts across cybersecurity portfolios.
  • Build strong relationships with CTOs, CISOs, IT, risk, and compliance stakeholders.
  • Act as a trusted advisor/consultant on cybersecurity strategy, risk management, and best practices.
  • Drive renewals, upsell, and cross-sell of cybersecurity solutions and services.
  • Coordinate with pre-sales, SOC, and technical teams to ensure smooth solution delivery.
  • Support customer onboarding, solution adoption, and post-deployment success.
  • Lead commercial negotiations, renewals, and enterprise procurement processes.
  • Track account health, revenue forecasts, and customer satisfaction metrics.
  • Support RFPs, RFIs, and security assessments.
Required

Skills & Qualifications
  • Bachelors or Master Degree In IT/Cybersecurity.
  • 3+ years of experience in Key Account.
  • Management / Enterprise Sales in cybersecurity.
  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity domains (Network, Endpoints, Cloud, IAM, MDM, PAM, SIEM, SOC).
  • Experience selling or managing cybersecurity solutions or services.
  • Proven ability to manage large, complex enterprise accounts.
  • Knowledge of compliance and regulatory frameworks (SAMA, NCA, PDPL, etc.).
  • Excellent communication in Arabic & English, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with SaaS or managed security services (MSSP).
