IT Co-op Trainee Winter

We are looking for a dynamic and driven individual to join our team as an IT Co‑op Trainee. This role is ideal for someone eager to gain hands‑on experience in IT support, develop strong technical skills, and work in a fast‑paced business environment. The successful candidate will work closely with our IT team to support daily operations, troubleshoot technical issues, and contribute to IT‑related projects.

• Provide first‑level technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving IT‑related problems for employees.
• Support the setup and troubleshooting of company devices (laptops, desktops, printers, and mobile devices).
• Help with software installations and IT asset management.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth IT operations across the organization.

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Fluent in English (written and verbal); communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
• Basic knowledge of Windows/macOS, Microsoft Office 365, networking fundamentals, and troubleshooting techniques.
• Problem‑solving: ability to analyze technical issues and propose effective solutions.
• Teamwork & initiative: eager to learn, proactive, and able to work both independently and in a team environment.

• Hands‑on experience in IT support and system administration.
