Delivery Lead; Oracle Solutions

We are looking for a senior Oracle leader with deep technical expertise and extensive experience managing large-scale enterprise Oracle implementations across ERP, HCM, SCM, Financials, and Cloud. The ideal candidate will drive end-to-end delivery, lead high-performing teams, engage senior stakeholders, and support practice growth through strategic and pre‑sales initiatives.

• Lead the Oracle practice across implementation, delivery, and growth initiatives.
• Own end-to-end delivery of large-scale Oracle implementation programs for enterprise clients.
• Provide strategic direction for Oracle solutions including ERP, HCM, SCM, Financials, and Cloud.
• Manage multiple Oracle programs and projects, ensuring quality, timelines, and budgets are met.
• Act as a senior stakeholder-facing leader for key clients and partners.
• Translate business requirements into Oracle solution strategies with strong technical grounding.
• Mentor and lead Oracle architects, consultants, and project managers.
• Drive practice governance, delivery standards, and best practices.
• Support pre‑sales activities including solution design, proposals, and client presentations.
• Work closely with sales, delivery, and leadership teams to grow Oracle practice revenue.

• 15–18 years of total experience with a strong technical background in Oracle.
• Hands‑on experience leading large Oracle implementations on complex, enterprise‑scale projects.
• Must have started career in technical roles and later transitioned into program/project leadership.
• Currently managing Oracle programs or projects, but with deep understanding of the technology stack.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle Cloud and on‑prem solutions.
• Proven experience leading cross‑functional and multicultural teams.
• Excellent stakeholder management, leadership, and communication skills.
