To perform a variety of professional, technical and analytical duties in the operation of the enterprise class systems, client/Servers and desktop computer technology. And ensure the study and implementation of the future technology products, and integration with the existing services.

Potential candidates must meet the requirements mentioned below:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science.
• 8 years of experience in IT services delivery and IT projects.
• Practical experience with ITIL framework.
• Certified Lead Disaster Recovery Manager (DR Manager).
• Certified Data Centre Operations Manager (CDOM).
• Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE) or equivalent.
• PMP & Azure Administrator Associate are preferable.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic & English.
