- Lead and oversee the daily operations of cybersecurity engineering functions, ensuring protection across network security, endpoint security, IAM, and vulnerability management.
- Manage a team of cybersecurity professionals, providing guidance, technical oversight, and mentorship.
- Design and implement effective security measures to protect sensitive data and systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices.
- Drive cyber transformation initiatives aimed at improving the security posture of the organization.
- Develop and maintain security policies, procedures, and standards to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Lead incident response efforts and ensure timely remediation of identified vulnerabilities and risks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate security measures into operational processes and new technology deployments.
- Present progress reports and operational status to clients, ensuring alignment with security objectives and business goals.
- Ensure the availability, integrity, and confidentiality of critical services and infrastructure.
- Stay updated on the latest cybersecurity threats, trends, and technologies, and proactively recommend improvements.
- Lead or participate in audits, security reviews, and regulatory compliance efforts.
