**** About the Role
** The Performance Manager is responsible for leading cross-channel performance campaigns that drive measurable business outcomes. You will oversee strategy, execution, optimization, and reporting across key digital platforms, ensuring campaigns deliver strong conversion results and ROI.
** Key Responsibilities
*** Develop and lead performance strategies across paid search, paid social, and display.
* Manage campaign execution, optimization, and pacing to achieve conversion and ROAS targets.
* Analyze funnel performance and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and scale.
* Partner with analytics, creative, and media teams to support testing, insights, and optimization.
* Monitor performance data across platforms and provide timely, insightful reporting.
* Present clear recommendations to stakeholders and stay updated on the latest automation, attribution, and audience innovations.
** Requirements
* ** 6–8 years of experience in performance marketing or digital media.
* Strong expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and analytics tools.
* Solid understanding of CRO principles, conversion tracking, and measurement.
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
* Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and project leadership capabilities.
