System Administrator

We are seeking a proactive System Administrator to manage and maintain the organization’s IT infrastructure. The role focuses on identity and access management, endpoint security, hybrid server environments, and compliance monitoring to ensure stable, secure, and compliant operations, while collaborating with internal stakeholders and external service providers.

• Manage user identities and access control using Microsoft Entra  / Azure AD.
• Deploy and maintain device management and security policies (Intune, Bit Locker, Defender).
• Monitor security threats, data protection, and compliance via Microsoft 365 tools.
• Maintain on-premises Windows Server infrastructure and integrate with cloud environments.
• Configure Conditional Access and Privileged Identity Management (PIM).
• Provide performance and compliance reports (Secure Score, Endpoint Analytics).
• Develop incident response plans and maintain documentation.
• Offer technical support and knowledge transfer to internal teams.
• Collaborate with external partners on system updates and security enhancements.

• 2–4 years of experience in system administration or infrastructure.
• Hands‑on experience with Microsoft 365

  , Intune
  , and security tools.
• Strong documentation, analysis, and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
