Cybersecurity & Data Protection Senior Specialist

We are looking for a Cybersecurity & Data Protection Senior Specialist to protect the company’s systems, data, and digital assets. The role ensures compliance with Saudi cybersecurity and data-protection regulations, including PDPL and NCA Essential Cybersecurity Controls (ECC), while supporting cybersecurity operations, audits, and risk management activities.

• Monitor security systems for alerts, suspicious activity, and potential threats.
• Conduct vulnerability assessments and follow up on remediation actions.
• Support incident response activities, investigations, and incident reporting.
• Ensure servers, networks, and applications follow security best practices.

• Support compliance with the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL).
• Ensure personal data is protected through access controls, encryption, and logging.
• Maintain records of data-processing activities required under PDPL.
• Support handling of data-subject requests (access, correction, deletion).
• Ensure secure data transfer and compliant third-party data sharing.
• Support the development and maintenance of cybersecurity and data-protection policies.
• Ensure alignment with NCA ECC and related frameworks.
• Support internal and external cybersecurity and data-protection audits.
• Coordinate with Legal, HR, and business teams on compliance matters.

• Support cybersecurity and data-protection awareness initiatives.
• Prepare periodic security and compliance reports for management.
• Maintain accurate documentation for security activities and regulatory requirements.

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Security, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in cybersecurity and/or data protection.
• Experience with Saudi cybersecurity and data-protection regulations is required.
• Experience in multi-entity or group environments is preferred.
• Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken and written) is essential.

• Strong understanding of cybersecurity operations and risk management.
• Knowledge of PDPL and NCA cybersecurity frameworks.
• Attention to detail and strong documentation skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle sensitive information.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
