Service Now Technical / Solution Architect
We are seeking an experienced Service Now Technical / Solution Architect to lead the design and governance of enterprise‑scale Service Now solutions. You will define platform architecture, ensure best practices, and work closely with stakeholders, project teams, and developers to deliver scalable, secure, and high‑performing Service Now implementations.
Key Responsibilities- Define and own Service Now platform architecture and technical roadmap
- Design end‑to‑end Service Now solutions across multiple modules (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, etc.)
- Lead CMDB and CSDM strategy
, governance, and data quality - Ensure platform scalability, performance, security, and compliance
- Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and architectural guidance to delivery teams
- Review solution designs, configurations, and custom developments
- Collaborate business stakeholders, BAs, PMs, and external vendors
- Support solution design phases, including estimations and technical decisions
- 8+ years of hands‑on experience on the Service Now platform
- 3–5+ years in a Technical Architect, Solution Architect, or Lead role
- Deep knowledge of CMDB, CSDM, and Service Mapping
- Strong understanding of integrations, security, and performance optimization
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Service Now Architect, CIS, or higher‑level certifications are highly preferred
