Responsibilities
- Lead strategic IT projects, including the design and deployment of new systems and services.
- Monitor and analyze the performance and security of IT systems to ensure cost‑effectiveness and operational excellence.
- Define IT infrastructure strategy, architecture, and processes in line with business goals and regulatory requirements.
- Partner with stakeholders to understand business needs and deliver tailored technology solutions.

- Troubleshoot complex hardware, software, and network issues, ensuring minimal downtime and swift resolution.
- Provide clear direction and mentorship for IT team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Identify opportunities for upskilling, professional development, and team advancement.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Industry‑recognised certifications (e.g., Microsoft, Cisco, ITIL) are highly preferred.
- Proven experience leading the IT function in a dynamic organisation, ideally within the financial or fintech sector.
- 2+ years of managerial or team leadership experience.
- Demonstrated expertise in IT infrastructure, networks, and enterprise solutions.
- Strong background in leadership, people management, and strategic planning.
- High attention to detail and the ability to respond swiftly to business demands.
- Analytical mindset for identifying and resolving IT issues in a timely and effective manner.
- Proven excellence in team leadership, management, and development.
- Strong skills in information gathering and data‑driven decision‑making.
- Expertise in virtualization (VMware, Hyper‑V) and cloud technologies (SCCC – GCP – OCI – Azure).
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and mainstream IT productivity tools.
- Solid understanding of IT security best practices, network protocols, and services.
- Advanced troubleshooting skills and the ability to formulate improvement plans based on root cause analysis.
