Key Responsibilities

• Execute approved network configurations and changes
• Support network-related project activities (site onboarding, refresh, migrations)
• Perform troubleshooting during operations and projects
• Support testing, cutover, and stabilization

• Network implementation and change execution records
• Site connectivity readiness and rollout reports
• Updated logical/high‑level network diagrams
• Incident resolution and cutover reports

Infrastructure & Platform Engineer

Operational and project execution support for servers, virtualization, storage, backup, DR, and databases.

Scope of Work

Operational and project execution support for servers, virtualization, storage, backup, DR, and databases.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute infrastructure and database project implementations (builds, upgrades, migrations)
• Operate and maintain server and platform environments
• Perform database operations (monitoring, backup, restore)
• Support project testing, validation, and stabilization

• Project handover and stabilization documents

Identity, Workplace & M365 Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Execute identity and workplace project activities (tenant changes, domain transitions, migrations)
• Implement access, identity, and endpoint policies
• Support user onboarding/offboarding during projects
• Participate in UAT, cutover, and post‑go‑live support

• Microsoft 365 project implementation outputs
• User migration and cutover reports
• UAT and stabilization documentation

Skills Cloud & Dev Ops Engineer

Cloud engineering, automation, and project execution for cloud and hybrid environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute cloud infrastructure projects (landing zones, migrations)
• Develop and apply Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
• Implement automation and CI/CD pipelines
• Support optimization, testing, and handover

• Cloud deployment and migration reports
• IaC templates and automation outputs
• CI/CD pipeline execution records
• Cloud runbooks and handover documents

Security & Zero Trust Engineer (IT‑Senior‑Onsite)

Security engineering and project execution for network, cloud, and access security controls.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute security‑related project implementations (segmentation, Zero Trust, secure access)
• Configure and tune security controls
• Support security testing, validation, and go‑live
• Participate in incident response for project changes

• Security configuration and hardening reports
• Zero Trust and segmentation implementation records
• Security testing and validation results
• Project security sign‑off documentation

Senior Infrastructure Architect & Operations Lead (IT‑Expert‑Onsite)

Technical leadership, governance, and oversight across operations and project execution.

• Govern end‑to‑end technical project execution
• Review and approve designs and implementations
• Ensure alignment with standards and architecture
• Manage technical risks and quality
