Lenovo EMEA Global Supply Chain organization is searching for an Order Fulfillment specialist to join our team. This role manages remote site order execution operations and EO management, overseeing Lenovo order execution and fulfillment, communicating with various teams, and coordinating across geographies.

• Proactively manage processes supporting order fulfillment
• Responsible for daily shortage management and CA/Capacity management by placing necessary information and reports into internal database, including missing report, order level BPS/ONS analysis/ATB generation, MO tracking, etc. to support
• Deal with GSM/QE/ME etc to prepare material for production and follow up with Tech/Quality issue
• PSD/Backlog management starts with Notebook/Desktop, focus on PSD commit and critical order management
• Liability management to control PI/FGI to minimize EO impact from manufactory
• Ensure adequate professional communication towards internal departments and take actions to constantly improve process
