We are seeking an experienced Senior Odoo Technical Consultant for the project. You will be responsible for the development, customization, and maintenance of Odoo ERP solutions. The ideal candidate should have a strong technical background in Odoo and be proficient in Python programming, Odoo framework, and database management. Erp Next Experience is a big plus.

• Collaborate with functional consultants and Internal Technical and Business to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Develop and customize Odoo modules and workflows to meet client needs.
• Write efficient and high-quality Python code to implement new features, functionalities, and integrations within the Odoo framework.
• Perform Odoo ERP system configurations, including data migration, user access management, and security settings.
• Conduct thorough testing and debugging of Odoo modules and resolve any issues or bugs that arise.
• Work closely with the functional team to ensure seamless integration of technical solutions with business processes.
• Provide technical support and guidance to end-users and assist in resolving any technical issues or challenges.
• Keep up to date with the latest Odoo developments, tools, and best practices, and apply them to enhance the functionality and performance of Odoo systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project managers, functional consultants, and other technical resources, to ensure successful implementation and delivery of Odoo projects.
• Ability to manage custom build applications developed in-house.
• Ability to explore other ERP solutions and migrate on need.

• Solid experience as an Odoo Technical Resource, with a proven track record of working on multiple Odoo implementation projects.
• Proficient in Python programming language and familiar with the Odoo framework.
• Strong understanding of database management, particularly in Postgre
  
  SQL.
• Experience in customizing and extending Odoo modules using XML, JavaScript, and other related technologies.
• Knowledge of web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand complex business requirements and design appropriate technical solutions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet project deadlines.
• Prior experience in ERP systems and familiarity with other related technologies (e.g., CRM, e-commerce) is preferred.
• Odoo technical certification or related certifications are a plus.
• Experience in complex Odoo troubleshooting.
• Good time-management skills.
• 4+ years of experience.
• Must have knowledge of odoo.sh.
• Should have knowledge of Odoo installation.
• Erp Next and Frappe experience is a plus.
• Domain Knowledge:
  Finance, SCM, Retail.
