The Solutions Engineer – Saudi Arabia serves as the technical and solution-consulting bridge between customers, partners, and the commercial organization.

The role is instrumental in accelerating customer adoption, shaping technical decisions, and positioning Nemetschek’s portfolio—including BIM, collaboration, visualization, and digital twin solutions—as a foundation for Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030 and national giga-projects.

This role blends deep technical expertise, customer advisory capability, and business awareness, supporting both direct enterprise engagements and partner-led initiatives.

• Solution Consulting & Technical Advisory
• Act as a trusted technical advisor to customers, understanding challenges across BIM adoption, digital workflows, collaboration platforms, visualization, construction coordination, and digital twins.
• Lead technical discovery sessions, solution architecture discussions, and requirement mapping aligned with customer objectives.
• Deliver high-impact product demonstrations, workshops, PoCs, and pilots that clearly communicate value, efficiency gains, and differentiation.
• Design integrated solutions leveraging Nemetschek’s multi-brand ecosystem.

• Work closely with account leadership and regional teams to support opportunity qualification, solution positioning, and engagement progression.
• Provide technical input for tenders, RFPs, RFIs, and enterprise proposals, ensuring alignment with KSA regulations, BIM mandates, and project standards.
• Support value justification through ROI modeling, use-case development, and technical validation.
• Address technical objections and risks to support confident customer decision-making.

• Support regional partners, resellers, and system integrators during customer engagements and joint initiatives.
• Deliver technical enablement and training to partners and internal teams to improve solution adoption and execution quality.
• Participate in PoCs, workshops, and complex deployments led by partners.

• Represent Nemetschek as a technical thought leader at industry events, webinars, customer workshops, and ecosystem forums.
• Promote best practices in Open BIM, digital construction, and lifecycle management across the Saudi market.
• Capture customer insights and relay feedback to regional and global product teams.
• Stay current on Nemetschek product roadmaps, emerging technologies, and industry standards.
• Collaborate with global product management and engineering teams to align customer needs with solution evolution.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 5–10+ years of experience in solution engineering, pre-engagement consulting, or technical advisory roles, preferably in:
• BIM / AEC software
• Digital construction platforms
• Enterprise or SaaS technology solutions
• Strong understanding of AEC/O digital workflows (BIM, CDEs, digital twins, collaboration platforms).
• Experience supporting government entities, large developers, and complex multi-stakeholder projects is a strong advantage.
• Excellent presentation, facilitation, and demonstration skills.
• Ability to translate technical capability into business impact.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in English;
  Arabic is a strong advantage.
• High execution discipline, adaptability, and service mindset.
