BigID Engineer​/Consultant – Data Privacy & Governance; -Prem

We are seeking an experienced
BigID Engineer / Consultant
to support a large-scale, on-premise data privacy and governance implementation for a major organisation based in Riyadh.

This role requires a
hands-on BigID specialist
who has led and delivered enterprise BigID implementations and can drive the BigID agenda end-to-end. The programme is delivered fully onsite, and the successful candidate will work closely with technical, data, and privacy stakeholders to deliver critical privacy and governance capabilities.

Candidates already based in Saudi Arabia are preferred, however
candidates from outside KSA who are willing to relocate
will also be considered.

• Lead and deliver a full
  on-premise BigID implementation
  , from design through to deployment
• Perform
  data discovery, scanning, and classification
  , including configuration of data classifiers
• Implement and support
  Records of Processing Activity (RoPA)
• Deliver
  Data Subject Access Requests (DSAR) / Data Rights Fulfilment
  capabilities
• Configure and support
  Privacy Impact Assessments (PIA)
• Implement
  data retention and deletion policies
• Deploy and configure
  BigID Privacy Portal (On-Prem)for:
• DSAR request handling
• Preference management
• Implement
  Cookie Consent Management (On-Prem)
• Configure and manage BigID
  connectors
  , including:
• Microsoft Exchange (On-Prem)
• Microsoft Share Point
• Microsoft Teams
• Integrate
  BigID Utility with Informatica EDC
  for Import / Export processes
• Act as the BigID subject-matter expert, providing hands‑on delivery, troubleshooting, and optimisation
• Work closely with stakeholders to ensure privacy and regulatory requirements are met

• Strong, proven experience delivering
  BigID implementations
  in enterprise environments
• Hands‑on experience across most (ideally all) of the following BigID capabilities:
• Data discovery & classification
• RoPA
• DSAR / Data Rights Fulfilment
• PIA
• Retention
• Privacy Portal (On‑Prem)
• Cookie Consent (On‑Prem)
• Experience integrating BigID with
  Microsoft on‑prem platforms
  (Exchange, SharePoint, Teams)
• Experience using
  BigID Utility with Informatica EDC
• Strong understanding of
  on‑premise data environments
• Able to work autonomously in a delivery‑focused, onsite role
• Strong communication and stakeholder‑management skills

• Onsite in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia – 5 days per week (mandatory)
