Salesforce Technical Solution Architect (Subcontractor)

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Technical Solution Architect to join a short-term project in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, architecting, and overseeing the implementation of Salesforce solutions that align with business requirements. You will work closely with stakeholders, developers, and business analysts to deliver scalable and sustainable Salesforce solutions within a fast‑paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable and secure Salesforce solutions.
• Design end‑to‑end Salesforce solutions using Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and custom Salesforce platforms.
• Create technical architecture diagrams, data models, and integration designs.
• Ensure solutions adhere to Salesforce best practices, design patterns, and platform limits.

2. Technical Leadership

• Lead technical discussions with clients and internal teams.
• Provide guidance on Salesforce platform capabilities, limitations, and release updates.
• Review and approve technical designs, code, and configurations.
• Mentor and guide development teams on implementation and integration tasks.

3. Integration & Data Management

• Design and oversee integrations between Salesforce and external systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP, Marketing tools, Custom APIs).
• Define data migration strategies and ensure data integrity across systems.
• Implement and manage middleware solutions (e.g., Mule Soft, Dell Boomi) where required.

4. Governance & Best Practices

• Ensure compliance with Salesforce security standards and governance models.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to development standards.
• Optimize performance, scalability, and maintainability of Salesforce solutions.

5. Stakeholder Collaboration

• Work closely with business stakeholders, project managers, and product owners.
• Present technical solutions to non‑technical audiences.
• Gather feedback and refine solutions iteratively.

6. Documentation & Handover

• Create and maintain technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, ERDs, and integration specs.
• Prepare handover materials and conduct knowledge transfer sessions.

Required

Skills & Qualifications

Technical Skills

• 8+ years of experience in Salesforce platform with at least 3 years as a Solution Architect.
• Experience Architect (preferred) or System Architect.
• Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant, Platform Developer II.
• Strong expertise in Salesforce Security Model, Sharing Rules, Profiles, Permission Sets.
• Data Modeling, SOQL, SOSL.
• Experience with Dev Ops tools:
  Copado, Git, Jenkins, Salesforce DX.
• Knowledge of CPQ, Marketing Cloud, or Experience Cloud is a plus.

Soft Skills

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote/onsite hybrid model.
• Strong problem‑solving and analytical thinking.
• Client‑facing experience in consulting or subcontracting roles.
