Bridge business, product owners, and tech teams to define, document, and validate CRM / CDP / Martech requirements. Translate business goals into functional specs, support process mapping, data integration, and UAT, ensuring alignment with Microsoft Dynamics.

• Gather requirements via interviews, workshops, and stakeholder sessions.
• Write functional specs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Create / maintain process maps, use cases, and traceability matrices.
• Collaborate with Product Owners and Solution Architects on feasibility.
• Define data‑mapping and integration needs between CRM, CDP, and Martech.
• Participate in sprint planning, backlog refinement, and UAT.
• Manage change requests, scope updates, and approvals.
• Produce training and onboarding documentation.

Bachelor’s degree in IS, Business, CS, or related field.

BA experience ( 3years with Dynamics
365 or similar CRM).

• Proven elicitation, process documentation, and UAT.
• Strong grasp of customer engagement, marketing automation, and data management.
• Agile / SAFe experience with multi‑vendor teams.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder skills.

• CBAP / CCBA / PMI‑PBA certification.
• Dynamics
  365 Marketing, Power Platform, or Customer Insights (CDP).
• Visio, Miro, Lucidchart, Jira.
• Data governance, privacy, consent management.
• Integration workflow and data‑flow design across CRM / Martech.
