Service Now Solution Architect for our Client in Riyadh, KSA.
:

· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline.

· 7+ years of experience in Service Now architecture and implementation roles.

· Deep knowledge and hands-on experience with Service Now modules: ITOM, HAM, SAM, and ITSM.

· Proven ability to design and implement complex Service Now solutions in enterprise environments.

· Strong understanding of ITIL processes and IT asset management frameworks.

· Service Now certifications such as CIS-ITOM, CIS-HAM, CIS-SAM, and Certified System Administrator preferred.

· Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

Experience with integrations, API design, and enterprise architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF) is a plus
