We are seeking a Technology Architect to design, modernize, and govern enterprise technology infrastructure across cloud and on-premise environments. This role plays a critical part in aligning infrastructure and cloud architectures with Saudi Arabia’s regulatory landscape, including NORA
, NCA, and data sovereignty requirements.
The Technology Architect will work closely with stakeholders to translate business and regulatory needs into scalable, secure, and compliant technology designs.
Key Responsibilities- Design and optimize enterprise infrastructure architectures across cloud, hybrid, and on-premise environments.
- Lead infrastructure modernization initiatives, including data center migration, cloud adoption, and resiliency planning.
- Ensure alignment with NORA (Technology Reference Model) and national digital architecture standards.
- Design architectures compliant with NCA (ECC/CCC),
NDMO data residency
, and CST cloud regulations
. - Architect and oversee server, storage, virtualization, and network solutions ensuring high availability and disaster recovery.
- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to convert requirements into technical specifications.
- Provide architectural governance and technical leadership across implementation teams.
- Support localized cloud deployments (e.g., Oracle Cloud Saudi, Alibaba Cloud KSA) and local hosting environments.
- 4–6 years of experience in IT Infrastructure, Cloud Architecture, or Data Center environments.
- Strong hands-on experience with IaaS, Hybrid Cloud, virtualization, storage, and enterprise networking.
- Solid understanding of Saudi digital regulations and government IT environments.
- Experience working with local Saudi vendors, data centers, and connectivity providers.
- Prior exposure to NORA, TOGAF, or national enterprise architecture frameworks
. - Consulting mindset with the ability to balance business requirements, compliance, and technical design.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, IT, or a related field.
- Certifications such as AWS Solutions Architect, Azure Architect, CCIE, or TOGAF are a strong plus.
