Base pay rangeJob Purpose
The IT Support Specialist provides effective IT assistance across all aspects of the business and will provide advanced support to the IT Administration team and Management. He/She is responsible for supporting and maintaining all IT‑related hardware and software. The position provides exposure to the complete range of IT‑related projects and activities and day‑to‑day operations.
Key Responsibilities- Diagnoses & resolves technical hardware and software issues.
- Support all site IT activities and the local site operations.
- Install, configure, troubleshoot computers, mobile devices (iOS and Android).
- End‑to‑end knowledge on iOS and Android features and supporting skills.
- Installs, configures, maintains printers, copiers, AV systems, meeting room equipment, Microsoft Teams, Zoom clients.
- Configures official email via internet on mobile phone devices.
- Performs periodic patch management for all computers and fixes errors.
- Ensures business‑related software applications are installed and updated timely.
- Requests, follows‑up, configures, operates and monitors site internet connection.
- Implements corporate policies at the site and escalates in case of conflicts.
- Good ITIL process knowledge and provides end‑user support within SLA and criticality.
- Performs other duties as required.
- Safeguards AMICO information as per information protection requirements.
- Reports an information security incident timely and takes action as per IT Security team recommendations.
- Supports implementation of IT infrastructure and security products and its compliance.
- Participates and supports information security awareness, training and educational activities, information security risk assessments and controls selection activities, and information security audits and remediation.

- Participates and supports activities related to contingency planning, business continuity management and IT disaster recovery with relevant functions and third parties.
- Complies with IT policies (governance and IT security) and all applicable system and security controls/clauses and laws.
- Prioritizes information security activities and ensures they are part of day‑to‑day responsibilities.
