Role Summary
Provides on-site installation, configuration, and support for laptops, printers, and monitors.
Key Responsibilities- Deploy and configure laptops, desktops, and monitors
- Install and test printers (local and network)
- Perform OS setup, basic software installation, and user handover
- Troubleshoot hardware and connectivity issues
- Provide on-site user support during rollout
- Maintain installation checklists and sign-offs
- 2–5 years IT support or field engineering experience
- Strong Windows OS and hardware troubleshooting skills
- Experience with printer installation and support
- Customer-facing communication skills
