We are looking for a KPI & BI Analytics Specialist to design, develop, and optimize data-driven KPI dashboards and analytical insights across core business functions. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving data-informed decision-making by owning the end-to-end KPI lifecycle — from defining business metrics to automating data pipelines and ensuring data accuracy and consistency.

• Design, develop, and maintain KPI dashboards and analytical reports across core business functions.
• Own the end-to-end KPI lifecycle, including:
• Defining and standardizing business metrics
• Validating data sources and logic
• Automating data pipelines
• Ensuring data accuracy and consistency
• Build and optimize dashboards using Redash (or similar BI tools).
• Write and optimize complex SQL queries using Postgre
  
  SQL within RDS environments

• Translate business requirements and questions into actionable analytical solutions.
• Partner closely with business stakeholders to understand performance drivers and reporting needs.
• Continuously improve BI processes, performance, and scalability.

• Strong proficiency in SQL

• Proven experience building dashboards using Redash (or equivalent BI tools).
• Solid understanding of KPI frameworks

• Experience working with automated data pipelines and ensuring data quality.
