• Drive a rigorous and structured approach to identifying and solving complex technology business problems that lead to strategic insights.
• Identify and prioritize value creation opportunities at the intersection of business and technology based on assessment activities and an understanding of high-level visions, performance gaps, and needs.
• Lead independently small engagements or end-to-end streams of work across all delivery components: client satisfaction, value delivered, teams management, and financials.
• Identify and nurture pull-through business opportunities; support business development effort with client and Accenture teams until successful sale closure.
• Collaborate with clients and within Accenture to align their business and technology priorities.
• Develop content knowledge and share through proactive involvement in technology strategy operations and communities of practice.
• Lead the creation of well-articulated thought leadership assets that present innovative insights, knowledge, guidance and recommendations on a market-relevant technology strategy domain.
• Interact with senior management at a client or Accenture to steer recommendations and obtain buy-in on matters requiring alternative approaches.

• Strong data-driven consulting with focus on business and technology value architecting and realization.
• Ability to act independently to determine methods and procedures on assignments.
• Experience in managing teams, either at a client site or within Accenture.
• Ability to pull-through business opportunities and support business development.
• Experience with core technology strategy offerings – IT & Digital technology strategy, enterprise architecture, operating model, data & analytics, cloud.
• Experience in technology advisory and/or implementation.
• Strong Airport/Aviation past experience – IT/OT, smart services, architecture.
• Proactively acquired business knowledge beyond technical roles (e.g., MBA).

• Minimum 8-15 years of total work experience, with at least 5 years in IT/Digital technology strategy.
• Proven and relevant consulting experience; alternatively strong in-house IT & Digital strategy / enterprise architecture divisions or related roles with exceptional intrinsic consulting skills.
• Fluent in English.
