Job Title: Project Manager – Cybersecurity Services

We are a cybersecurity services company seeking a professional Project Manager to act as the primary point of contact between the company and its clients. The role is responsible for managing and delivering cybersecurity services and projects, ensuring client requirements are met, expectations are managed, and services are delivered on time and with high quality.

• Manage cybersecurity service engagements and projects from initiation to closure.
• Serve as the main liaison between clients and internal technical teams (SOC, GRC, Consulting, Penetration Testing).
• Gather and understand client requirements and translate them into clear scopes of work and project plans.
• Develop project schedules, timelines, budgets, and risk registers.
• Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to agreed SLAs and KPIs.
• Conduct regular client meetings and provide clear status updates and reports.
• Manage change requests, scope adjustments, and client expectations professionally.
• Ensure compliance with relevant cybersecurity standards and regulations (e.g., NCA, ISO/IEC 27001, SAMA where applicable).
• Support successful project delivery, client acceptance, and project closure.

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Project Management, or a related field.
• 1–4 years of experience in project management, preferably within a cybersecurity or IT services company.
• Solid understanding of cybersecurity services and concepts (GRC, SOC, IAM, Vulnerability Management).
• Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills.

• Cybersecurity certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or ISO 27001 Lead Implementer/Auditor.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
